Adds a
integration commitment bench-lookup --chain=mainnet --datadir <datadir> --sample-size <sample-size>command that bechmarks random key lookups to latest commitment.Reservoir sampling (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reservoir_sampling) is used to take a random sample of
